The resume is very important yet it may only take 15 seconds for the panel to take a glance on it. Sending out generic resume and cover letters don’t really work. The employer won’t really appreciate it. It is much better if you make a simple yet compelling one. The important thing there is to catch their attention through the four to six sentences that states your qualifications and top skills. All the specific actions must be stated on your resume to be able to capture the attention of the panel and produce good results.
