In conclusion, we find that it is necessary to motivate people who work under the medical field (not discriminating other fields only giving importance to the topic). The effectiveness of the workers lies in the leadership of the employer or manager. He or she must know enough data skills and people skills.

Moreover, we have also tackled that both internal and external factors are equally important to avoid mediocrity. To achieve this, there are two ways to motivate them and those are the Proactive and Reactive Technique. Both are considered important. And lastly, we find that effectiveness in jobs is related to the workers’ psychological and emotional state. Motivation, therefore, is a must.
