How can you motivate your subordinates if you can’t even arrive on time? It is really frustrating on the part of the employee if his boss is minutes or an hour late. If possible, arrive before your working time so that the other employees can see your dedication to your work and will be motivated to follow your footsteps. Being a leader means being a role model.
