Have an outlet

null

It’s normal for people to experience pent up emotions because of the job stress and the weight of responsibilities. All that can build up over time and become a reason for you to become less motivated in what you do, which leads to a lower quality of work output.

One of the things you can do is to have and outlet for your frustrations. Seek a therapist, or if you want a cheaper solution, write a journal about your frustrations at work. Whenever you feel something building up, take out your notebook and start writing, don’t stop until the fight goes out of you. You can even listen to some calming and relaxing music to get you back into the mood to work. Take a deep breath, and then start your work from where you left off.
