Why They Lose Motivation

Since it is a significant matter that we take care of the employees in the medical field, then we shall first consult the many problems that make them lose motivation. First of all, if it is not something that they sincerely love to do, then it would be the first biggest discouragement. Adding to this would be the following as enumerated:

-A poor work environment
-Back-breaking schedules
-Dysfunctional or inadequate equipment
-Insufficient supplies
-Below-average salaries
-Benefits for the position and/or geographic area
-Unfair company policies

Therefore, it is important to “stimulate” them through the achievement of “satisfaction” or achieving their expectations as a worker. It is now the aim of the employers to reduce or do something about the factors that negatively affect the employees.
